How long does it take?
Most projects are completed within 5-7 business days after we receive your materials. Rush service is available for an additional fee if you need faster turnaround.
What file formats do you provide?
We provide PDF files for documents and high-resolution JPEG or TIFF files for photos. We can also provide searchable PDFs with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for an additional fee.
Is my information secure?
Absolutely. We use secure facilities, encrypted file transfers, and can sign NDAs for sensitive business documents. All materials are handled with strict confidentiality.
What if my documents are damaged or fragile?
We specialize in handling delicate materials including old photos, torn documents, and bound materials. Our team is trained to work carefully with fragile items.
